For €0.10 per player per year extra, Selevy AI reads the evaluations, notes and match statistics and turns them into a clear picture. The AI advises; you decide.
- Player summary: strengths, areas to improve and concrete recommendations, compared with the team and with previous seasons.
- Team summary: where does the team stand, and which areas should training focus on?
- AI team selection: a first draft of the new teams, based on scores, ages and your club's own rules, such as "every team has at least two goalkeepers". You then adjust it yourself.
Players go to the AI service anonymised, without name, contact details or date of birth. Read what does and doesn't go to the AI.
Questions about pricing and payment
How does payment work?
You receive one invoice per year, in advance, as a PDF and as a UBL e-invoice, with a payment term of 30 days. All amounts exclude VAT.
What counts as a player?
Every player in Selevy who is not deregistered counts. Even if that player is not in a team yet or has no evaluations. Staff and users do not count. Tip: deregister players who leave or whom you no longer follow, and only import the players you want to follow. If you only follow your youth section, you only pay for the youth players.
How do the blocks of 25 players work?
You choose a number in steps of 25: 25, 50, 75 and so on. Choose the block that fits all your players; with 160 players that is 175. You pay for the block, not per individual player. So you can add players up to the chosen number at no extra cost. At each renewal we count your players again and the block adjusts, up or down.
What if we go over our number?
Then you do not need to do anything. From the first player over your number, you and the administrators of your club see a notice in Selevy. If you stay over your number for more than 14 days, we raise it automatically to the block that fits all your players, for the rest of the contract year. You pay the difference pro rata, in whole months: the month in which you went over your number counts as a whole month. Example: your contract year starts on 1 January and you took 150 players. On 4 October you have 160. The number then goes to 175 and you pay for 25 extra players over October, November and December, so 3/12 of the annual price.
And if we stay under our number?
Then the subscription stays the same for this contract year and we do not refund anything during the year. At renewal the number goes down automatically: about a month before, we count your players and round up to a block of 25. Example: this year you took 175 players, but at the count you have 140. You then pay for 150 players in the new year. So deregister the players you no longer follow in good time.
How long does the subscription run?
One year. After that it renews for a year at a time, with the number of players at that moment. You can cancel up to one month before the end of the contract year.
Can we switch Selevy AI on later?
Yes, at any time. You then pay the supplement pro rata for the rest of the contract year, in whole months (the month in which you turn AI on counts). If you turn AI off, that takes effect at the next renewal.
What does fair use mean for Selevy AI?
AI is included for normal use, with a generous monthly limit per club. As you approach it, you see a warning. Once the limit is reached, the AI features are unavailable until the end of the month; the rest of Selevy keeps working as usual.

What happens if we stop?
After the subscription ends, administrators can still log in for 30 days to view and export the data. No later than 60 days after the end, we delete all of your club's data.
