Rate players on fixed criteria, on phone or laptop.
Evaluation rounds
Evaluate a whole team player by player. You can stop halfway; the dashboard shows which rounds are still open.
Quick, per area or detailed
Only the main criteria, one score per area or all criteria. You set the default per team.
Scores and comments
Each criterion gets a score from 1 to 5, with a comment per area. You can adjust a final score by hand if needed.
Criteria that fit
Start with the set for your sport and adjust areas, criteria and order. Separate sets are possible too, for example for beginners.
Reliable history
An evaluation can be edited for 7 days and is locked after that.

Player profile
Radar chart per area, trend since the previous round and position in the team, with all evaluations, matches and notes.
Comparing
Players or a whole team side by side in a radar chart and score table, and their development over the seasons in a line chart.
Notes
Agreements and observations per player. Internal notes stay internal; others you share with the player and parents.
Certificates and injuries
Track diplomas and certificates and filter on them. Injuries with an expected recovery date.
Your own profile fields
Extra fields such as a membership number or school, with per role who can see them.
Importing
Import players from a CSV or Excel export of your membership records. You see in advance what changes, and existing players are recognised.

Teams with rules
Per team the age group of your federation, for example U13 or Girls U15, with its birth years, dispensation rules and level; or your own rules. Plus the team type and the minimum and maximum number of players and goalkeepers.
Team overview
Per player the average score per area, from red to green, with the team average below.
Age groups and dispensation
Per team who stays, who moves up, who needs dispensation and who currently plays with dispensation.
Drag-and-drop selection
Drag players from a pool into the teams. The pool only shows players of the right age; colours show who is not yet placed or has dispensation.
Drafts and finalising
Several drafts, optionally based on last season, and printable. Finalising takes one click.
Warnings
For too few or too many players, too few goalkeepers, more dispensation players than your federation allows or a player who doesn't fit the team.
The federations' age rules
The age groups and dispensation rules of the Dutch federations (KNVB, KNHB, KNKV, NHV, NBB, Nevobo, IJshockey Nederland, KNZB and KNLTB) for the current season, including the level per team, the girls' rule and goalkeepers. We update them every season. Is your club not covered by one of these federations, or are your rules different? Then you set them yourself.

Choose what you track, such as goals, assists, saves or minutes played.
Rating per match

Player summary

Saved and shared
As running text or bullet points. The summary is saved and can be included in the PDF file and, if you switch it on, in the parent portal.
AI team selection
A first selection for the new season, as a draft. You choose beforehand how the AI handles dispensation, injuries and training teams, then adjust the draft yourself.
Your club's rules
Fixed instructions the AI receives with every selection, such as "every team has at least two goalkeepers".
Privacy
Players go to the AI service anonymised, without name, contact details or date of birth. Read what does and doesn't go to the AI.

Who can do what, how you log in and where the data is stored.
Roles and permissions
Administrator, board, technical committee, coach and trainer, with configurable permissions per role.
Secure login
With a password or Google account, and two-step verification via an authenticator app.
